We have found that a lot can be learned from other's challenges, or at the very least make our hiccups feel relatable. Tell us some of the less glamorous moments of launching your business (or an epic fail!) that we wouldn't find on the about section of your website. How did you move past or overcome it?

2. Brown Butter Cookie Company makes over 10,000 cookies a day in your Cayucos bakery and flag ship store (if im mistaken, please correct me!). What were the most impactful ways you began to scale?

3. You have a large team that helps make this cookie dream come true. Give us your top tips on hiring and keeping a motivated and happy team.

4. How much of your time is spent working ON your business and how much of your time is spent working IN it? Assuming you, at this point, work on it more than in it, how did you make that shift? Have you every just had enough of cookies?! (impossible) and if so, how do you push through the burn out?
